What is a Fractional Head of People and Culture?
A fractional Head of People and Culture (Human Resources) is a more permanent member of your team. They typically contribute for between 5-25 hours per week, take on a senior title (VP People & Culture (HR), Chief People Officer or Chief Human Resources Officer & engage for between 9 & 36 months. They attend planning meetings, mentor team members and work on projects the same way any other team member would.
